I am neither a philosopher nor a professional writer. I may not be able to convince what I actually think because of my poor language. My apologies for that.
Dear ladies and gentle men,
"We are ladies and gentle men, serving ladies and gentle man". We make a commitment, set a goals and preach to do every possible thing to serve the world the best we could. But, ladies and gentle men, we are going somewhere wrong and we are teaching the wrong method to our children.
Listen please, with wholeheartedly the world has de-genuise everyone. We are preconditioned to do every task just like the way our ancestors did, we never have full democratic power to express our own feelings and achieve an awaited dreams. The best example can be a school going student. Ask him, What you wanna be when you are done with studies?. Almost 90% of the answer will be I wanna be a doctor, engineer, writer, dentist, teacher and hardly will you see answering I wanna live with my passion. The reason behind is we are conditioned to follow what our elders direct.
I am not a man who point out flaws to the system. I may be brain dead but my heart isn't. I am still leaving. Many great education professional might have organised education system in Bhutan to brig out all laggards to the top. It did well in those days when jobs are plenty, when population was small and when there isn't much competition. They fulfilled their dreams but they can't direct their children to be like them.
Everyone wanted to be in government job serving ladies and gentle men and to get a job is our primary goal. But, things change with globalization, we can't be what we wished to be and its where we see we are lead in wrong direction. when we are left behind by all those competitors its where community feel we are laggards, they never make judgement without hearing from both the sides, we are never given that psychological air, an air which seek people first to understand than to be understood.
My dear brothers and sisters, how happy will we be if we live the world by our passion. How satisfied will we be if we have an empathetic listener who give us that psychological air. And, how good will it be if we teach the world, our children, family and community to live with their passion.
