It was the third time I had been running mess for my diplomats during block week. I had dream of improving my management ever-since I realized management is stepping stone of sustaining life. By now I feel I had achieve almost 70% of my awaited dream in management. I received very good compliments and feedback from my friends which is what I have wanted.
Managing the mess of those 55 people were challenging but I could overcome it and became successful. The simple proactive work has made me realize I have done justice to all my fellow mates. I have been toiling hard to make sure my friends were happy with the quality of food I have managed. Though I had little luxury and enjoyment, I have greatest integrity from my friends reserved in my emotional bank account.
I have begun with the good end in mind and ended with good issue at end. I opted for win/win method and really I achieve that because I have benefited all my friends with great satisfaction. It has also benefited myself in management and dealing with many people.Therefore, I thank those people who has helped me in becoming successful.
