The word paradigm is coined by Thomas Kuhn in his highly influential landmark book "The structure of scientific Revolution." Kuhn shows how almost every significant breakthrough in the field of scientific endeavor is first a break with tradition,with old ways of thinking,with old paradigms.(From the book The 7 Habit of Highly Effective People). The word paradigm simply means a new model,theory perception or an example which turn the way people comprehend and take the things.

To cite an example,Ptolemy the great Egyptian astronomer once put in to believe that the earth was the center of universe until Copernicus created a paradigm shift arguing sun is at the center.

The people of Bhutan has enjoyed the fruit of paradigm shift when the farsighted king Jigme Singye Wangchuk and Jigme Khesar Namgyel Wangchuk's philosophy glitter in the kingdom.For century the country has been functioned with great commitment by patriotic monarchs.To search the heart of people with diligence the power is decentralized and changed the country from monarchy form of system to democratic monarch. And today people see the issues of all philosophies where country proudly stand to outside world with Gross National Happiness.

The people of country understand their fundamental duties and rights and put perseverance in every work they do. The fruit of their diligent commitment has ripe with continuous happiness in the kingdom. For an example, a simple peasant knows his duty to produce farming product to raise his family and support their living which not only act as stepping stones towards the pathway of his self sufficiency but also glitter a light towards country's economy. That is now when people do not look for their benefit rather look towards country's development.
Let me take readers to the work of CNR students before it in-adverts from my low retaining disc. It begins with so called the Valentines day. For many romantic people valentines day may prove to be significant for their better covalent bonding. But, the day of 2015 has rather De-localized the pie bond for many. Nevertheless, all were fully satisfied with their diligent work which has been a mileage for the people of Thinley Gang.

It started with the controversy between the people of Thinley gang and CNR. There was shortcomings by the side of CNR where the water pipe burst leaking water and eroded their water canal. therefore, 21 students from CNR coalesce and went to repair no matter how tiresome the work is.we have clone the canal and the people were optimistic enough to show their gratitude. we endeavor tirelessly to prove that we are ready to if its of public interest.
