I have walked through many obstacles in my life but have been never apprehensive to face it. But with globalization Bhutan enter the door of modernization and everything change. The failure to stand in society increases as competition for jobs ascends ever year. As great people said,"Nothing fails like a success", its very likely failure can happen anytime in a second. Sometimes I become numb of comprehending what success really is. Because right now am successful man holding trust from friends, family and colleagues but am not successful in becoming independent. I have toiled in life walked through many obstacles but have been successful and now time has ripe for me to sell myself to market to stand independently. With lot of hopes and aspirations I had chose best of best thinking I could make something out of nothing but things changes in seconds. The fever of getting job increases as I become more and more apprehensive..

Recently I brushed through news and the headline came,"Low teacher requirement resulted in low vacancies", all the B.Ed graduates could not be absorbed because of low requirement of teachers in schools said RCSC. Its very likely that all cannot be recruited but every time I wonder was the previous batch very resourceful enough to be recruited all. Are they really competent enough? Because all were absorbed in previous year and of sudden the problem came and its nightmare for many of the trainee. Is it the failure of leaders to make policy or is it failure for students?
Trainees are trainees, they are trained for that. For an example, how can forester become agriculture agent when he or she is trained to be forester. like wise the current situation for B.Ed graduates is frustrating because out of 417 graduates only 182 were selected and rest are screen out. Something is not right,its not fair. Many people say 'youth are the future leaders of country' if so whose responsibility is to groom the youth. Though am not one of graduate yet I feel its my fundamental responsibility as a youth to be concern for what is not fair for us.
The same situation has also weakened the commitment of many fellow mates at CNR because the job has become a challenge after they have been successfully trained. If responsible person has to select committed people why didn't they do before itself. Because the jobs were guaranteed for previous graduates and why not for us now. Are we not the same people who has hunger for future. If there is no future scopes why don't they end program when all the criteria is satisfied. Many people say "Do your own Business" and start you own project if so why don't they change system to educate in different field. we are taught same lesson which has been taught to all seniors. If we are to do business we wont have joined this program because you gave opportunity we joined and don't say its blind opportunity because you are responsible for your policies... Labels: Concern
