In the beginning of the communication and extension class, we the diploma students of college of Natural Resources were educated with the story of eagle which I feel that it has good moral to motivate our self to success. For people who feel to success with integrity and respect I would like to share the story according to my comprehension.
Its said that Eagle has the longest lifespan of the species surviving 80 years. But to reach to the age it has to overcome many challenges other wise its life end. Its beak become useless by age of 40, its feathers become heavy where it could not fly and it claws cannot grab the prey. The Eagle has two choices by age of 40, either die or undergo new challenges. If the Eagle choose to die its another story but if it choose to survive it has to fly to the top of mountain and hit the beak until it breaks. The eagle then has to wait until its new beak grow and function. When its new beak function it has to tear all its feathers and wait until it grow. Then the eagle hit its claws tot he stone and wait to regenerate or grow again. To reach to this stage it takes 150 days which is 5 month. The eagle then will survive again 30 years more..

Moral I derived: ''Nothing fails like a success" people derive success in many ways but according to the Book The Eight Habit of Highly Effective people define success in different way which I feel is very true.
" When one over come challenges its success,but when once successful methods and formulas fails to over come new challenges with time it is failure." Just like in the story the eagle could overcome new challenge to survive 30 years more, we have to get knowledge in different fields to make sure that we are successful in future.
